Our ApproachO.A. Peterson firmly believes in the “partnering” approach where we work closely with the owner and design professionals from day one. In order for us to maintain a strong level of continuity and control throughout the process, we provide a dedicated project team that works together from the pre-construction phase to the completion of the project.
We employ twenty full-time supervisors that have been with us an average of fifteen years, some with over thirty years of dedicated service. We also have full-time carpenters, masons, and laborers, all of whom, including their supervision and management, ensure our consistent quality, cost-control and competitiveness with projects delivered on time and within budget. |
